How do I start the first campaign battle?
Complete the starter AI raid and reach Nexus L2. On the World Map, select Awakening Expanse, choose Prospector’s Wake, then Attack. See the full campaign guide.
Why did a battle show zero Ore, QC or VP?
Zero can be correct for a 0-star raid, a campaign/Alliance mode with different rewards, an ineligible repeat reward, or a result still synchronizing. For an ordinary 2–3-star raid, check Combat History and your Ore, QC and VP balances. QC does not become wallet dollars until the daily pool settles. If the final report still disagrees, contact support with the battle time. See battles and PvP reward rules.
Why is my QC not in the wallet?
QC is a share of the current UTC day’s pool. Wallet dollars are credited only after daily settlement. See Quantum Pool.
How do I navigate the mobile galaxy?
Drag to pan, pinch to zoom, tap Key beside Refresh Galaxy for the region legend, and use the top-right Close button to return to the colony. See World Map.
Why can I not build or ungarrison more ships?
Check Shipyard level, full Shipyard integrity, Ore, construction slots, and Hangar capacity including ships already queued. Ship rules and garrison rules explain the caps.
Where should I report a problem?
Record your colony name, UTC time, opponent or mission name, and the exact page/error. Do not post passwords, recovery codes or payout secrets. If a withdrawal is held, contact support from your account rather than retrying repeatedly.
