Where wallet credit comes from
Eligible QC converts into a daily pool share only after the day closes at 00:00 UTC. The Quantum Pool page can show an estimate, but it changes as the day’s total QC changes. After settlement, check your available Wallet balance and activity for the credited amount.

Cooldowns and review
For non-CXL-Wallet external withdrawals, a successful or pending withdrawal starts a 24-hour request cooldown. A payout can be pending while the provider processes it or while support reviews it. If an account is held for review, withdrawal is paused and no new funds are deducted by the rejected attempt. Available methods, provider limits and status are shown in the Wallet.
