Health and strikes
The station starts with 180 health plus 145 for each Alliance member, counting at least one and at most 40 members. Each member may land three operation strikes per UTC day. A strike deals 100 damage plus 25 per battle star, up to 175 at three stars. When the shared health runs out, the station closes; a new cycle starts the next Sunday at 00:00 UTC.

Where to launch
The shared station is in its own Alliance PvE region on the World Map. Join an Alliance, select that region and open the Eclipse Relay Station base popup to launch an eligible strike.
